We at Hoults Yard were recommended GMR by an external source and as such added them to our preferred contractor list in 2022. Since then they have carried out a number of small to medium sized projects ranging from office refurbishments to full toilet refurbishments as well as providing a reactive service at short notice to assist with any on site emergencies. In the last few years we have built up a strong relationship with GMR operatives and their various sub contractors as well as the management team who thoroughly manage projects from start to finish. Whenever we have encountered supply issues they are always able to find alternative suppliers to ensure projects complete on time. Due to the nature of our business of managed workspace they have always been willing to carry out works so as not to disrupt the day to day business of our many tenants and on the occasions they have had to work alongside our tenants they have carried out works keeping disruption to an absolute minimum.
