Private property refurbishment in Woolsington
GMR worked collaboratively with Richard Ruddick Architecture to fully refurbish the interior and exterior of this residential property. The client, a local property investor and developer had a very clear objective. This was to create a functional space to a high specification suitable for resale or rental.

Newcastle City Centre Grade II Listed Building Refurbishment
GMR was appointed to carry out a full refurbishment of a tired and derelict office space situated at Mosley Street in Newcastle upon Tyne city centre. The building also required external renovation works to meet the standards and requirements of a Grade II listed building that was originally constructed in 1870.
